Age Rules & Child Rates
• Adult Rate: 12 and above
• Child Rate: Age 2 to 12 years old. Contact support on WhatsApp for special water sports child rates.
• Infants (Under 2): Free of charge. Must safely sit on a parent's lap during boat transits
Jetty Location & Meetups
Check-in opens directly at Counter A2 inside the South Jetty building of the main terminal port.
Terms & Trip Protection
• Cancellations: The RM45 initial token is fully claimable back if notice is given 48 hours prior to the slot date.
• Amendments: Changing your calendar dates, activities, or bundles is fully accommodated up to 24 hours prior.
• Weather issues: If climate conditions prevent vessel departures completely, choices include a new date or complete return of tokens.

• Last-Minute: Online submissions close after 9:00 PM for the following morning. You can head straight to Counter A2 at the jetty terminal to register.
