1. Health & Mobility
Guests must be healthy and able to walk/hike during the activity. Deaf/blind/mute guests must be declared in advance and bring a translator/assistant for safety briefings.
2. Weight Limit
Maximum 120kg (265 lbs) per rider. This strict limit applies to both SINGLE and TANDEM rides.
3. Age Limit
Minimum 6 years old. Under 6 requires explicit approval from the Zipline Manager plus Parent/Guardian consent.
4. Pregnancy
This adventure activity is strictly not recommended for pregnant women.
5. Weather Policy
Activity may close due to bad weather (thunder/heavy rain). A full refund will be issued if cancelled directly by the operator.
6. Liability & Package
Guests must sign a liability release form before flying (parental consent for minors). Default booking is single ride; tandem is available upon request.
