2. What is conservation Fee?
It is a mandatory fee for entry to Manukan and Mamutik Islands (part of Tunku Abdul Rahman Marine Park). Fees are paid per day, usually upon arrival at the first island, and cover all islands visited within the park on that day.
3. Payment methods?
For island hopping package payment, you can use bank transfer, QR code scan, debit & credit card, and cash. For the Conservation Fee, you can pay using cash, QR code scan, debit & credit card.
4. Any ages limit for the watersports activity?
For seawalking, parasailing, banana boat and flying fish, the minimum age is 6 years old. Subject to physical size to be determined by crews on duty
5. Health requirements for seawalking?
To participate in the seawalking activity, you must be in good health and free from the following medical conditions:
1. High blood pressure
2. Heart problems
3. Diabetes
4. Have undergone major surgery within the past 6 months
5. Asthma
6. Ears problem (internal issue)
7. Not pregnant
8. No physical disability
Important Notes:
1. You must not board a flight within 10 to 12 hours after seawalking.
2. The minimum age requirement for seawalking is 6 years old.
6. What if the weatther is bad?
If the weather is bad and the jetty management does not allow boats to depart, you can reschedule or receive a full refund.

- Pay the downpayment RM45/pax to book and confirm your slots
- Received confirmation via E-mail or Whatsapp messaging
- We will send you reminder one day before the activity day.
- For emergency case and same day booking on our website, please go straight to our counter at the jetty by 7.30AM for registration as boat will depart at 8.00AM
