Island Hopping Deposit Payment

Booking & deposit payment only! Not the final package price!

We accept advance bookings for all packages with a RM45/pax deposit. This is not the final price—the deposit is for slot reservation only.

You may also choose to make full payment by selecting other packages. This option allows guests to pay the deposit first and settle the balance on the activity day at our registration counter. Alternatively, we can issue an e-invoice for full online payment.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

✅ Full refund for cancellations made at least 48 hours before the trip.
✅ Booking amendments must be made 24 hours before the confirmed date.

How to Book

3️⃣ Pick your package & add-ons (your booking will be based on these):

• Package A – RM55/Adult, RM50/Child (2-12 years old)

• Package B – RM110/pax

• Package C – RM135/pax

• Package D – RM190/pax
  

• Package E – RM290/order (2 pax)

4️⃣ Proceed to checkout & complete deposit payment
5️⃣ Once your deposit payment is approved, we will contact you to issue the final payment details, which can be settled during registration or online later.

📌 Important:
Please ensure your phone number, email, WeChat, or KakaoTalk ID is correct so we can communicate with you. If we fail to reach you, your booking may be affected.

2. Island Conservation Fee (covers both islands)

To be paid at the island jetty upon arrival.

✅ Malaysian Citizens:

• 18 years & above: RM8/person

• 13 – 17 years old: RM5/person

• 12 years & below & 60 years & above: Free

✅ Non-Malaysian Citizens:

• 18 years & above: RM25/person

• 17 years & below: RM20/person

• 60 years & above: RM20/person

3. Itinerary:

🕢 07:30: Arrive at Jesselton Point Terminal (jetty)
🛥 08:00: Depart from the jetty
🏝 08:30: Arrive at Manukan Island
🤿 09:00: Free activities/snorkeling
🍽 12:00: Lunch break (Meals not provided)
🛥 13:00: Depart for Mamutik Island
🤿 13:30: Free activities/snorkeling
🛥 14:30: Return to the jetty

4. Cancellation, Date Change & Refund Policy

✅ If bad weather occurs on the scheduled activity day, the date can be rescheduled, or the deposit refunded.
❌ Last-minute cancellations within 48 hours before the activity will result in forfeited deposit.

5. Tips & Advice

✔ Arrive early and be on time at Jesselton Point Terminal.
✔ Lunch is not provided on the islands, but cafes/restaurants are available, or you can bring food from the city.
